Ours is a lively but light hearted group.

Each meeting, everyone is free to bring a question relating to an item of news from the current month. This can be international, national or local. It doesn’t have to be serious - it can be quirky or amusing - the more varied the better.

We take it in turn to ask our questions then we go round the table giving our replies, without interruption. Then the subject is thrown open for discussion. We have some lively debates on some unlikely topics and we always learn something new.

I want to stress that members do not have to bring a question or give an opinion, just come along and listen!

We meet at a private house, 10:30 am till 12am on the last Friday of every month.
